Dr. Saeed Aldhaheri is a globally recognised futurist, AI governance expert, and technology strategist with over three decades of influence across government, academia, and international policy institutions. He is the Director of the Center for Futures Studies at the University of Dubai, Chair Professor at Harbin Institute of Technology (China), Visiting Professor of AI at the University of Oxford, and a Commissioner on the Global Commission on AI in the Military Domain (GC-REAIM).

He is a futures and AI policy speaker specialising in responsible AI, anticipatory governance, digital transformation, and strategic foresight. A UNESCO Co-Chair on anticipatory systems and President of the Robotics and Automation Society (UAE)
