Amitabh Ray is a senior Managing Director at Ericsson Global Services India. He has over 27 years of experience in the ICT industry which includes but not limited to corporate strategy, management consulting, program and engagement management, change management, and systems integration at a global level. He is currently responsible for managing operations in the areas of R&D, product development, pre-sales and sales support, services delivery and several global shared support functions. 

He developed and managed a diverse group of clients in both the private and government sectors in Asia, Europe, and the United States. Before this, he was a senior management professional in the Strategy Group at Ericsson's Global Services. Before that, he served as Vice President in IBM, where his key responsibilities were managing the growth of delivery centers worldwide.
