Having lived overseas for 29yearas, I recently relocated to India to add more meaning to my life and help others in this journey.

As an author, trainer, consultant and keynote speaker in the areas of service excellence, employee engagement, customer experience and business development, I firmly believe in the philosophy "Sales heaps but Service reaps".

My experience is drawn from a multitude of industries such as travel, airlines (Air Canada), retail banking, courier services, credit management and customer experience management, spread over different countries as India, Australia and United Arab Emirates.

In addition, to my 30 years work experience serving customer overseas and in India,
- I contributed as a freelance writer for the local newspapers and dailies in Dubai, UAE, where I wrote on the subject of customer service as a way to improve business.

- I published a unique illustrative business book titled 'Delighting Customers Is...' which is available on Amazon and in India from Embassy books.

- Hold copyrights for a simple yet powerful theory in 'Service Excellence' from India and UAE

- Launched my website www.delightingcustomers.com related to business development through pure focus on customer service.

- Presently contribute as a freelance writer for Money Control India, writing on issues related to service excellence and business development

- Complimenting these initiatives, evolved as a professional speaker addressing corporates and professional bodies on the importance of service excellence as a key differentiator in business development.

- I also conduct trainings in English and Hindi

- Piloted a voluntary training program called MYPSR (MY Personal Social Responsibility), where I conducted free training for those who cannot afford the cost of such trainings.

They say retirement is for the overworked professional. For me, since service excellence is a passion, I plan to make this passion a life-long profession and help individuals and organisations go from good to great.
