Jin Chong is a versatile, disruptive developer with thirty years experience in the Asian IT ecosphere. He is founder and managing director of 7-Network Pte Ltd., in which capacity he has worked with some of the top companies in the world including Murex, Phillip Morris, Fuji Xerox, Aspen Insurance (UK), Euromonitor International, and McDonalds Asia Pacific. He is a prolific creator of robust client-side software solutions. In 2013, Jin founded Sync4DR, an Infrastructure Centric Data Protection software, offering businesses affordable Data Protection and Business continuity solutions.

In 2017, Jin founded JET Workflow, a codeless app-based solution for enterprise workflow processes. JET allows users to freely create mobile apps without prior knowledge of programming or coding. JET places in-house development within the reach of SMEs and helps MNCs who are looking to develop beta-tested ‘proof of concept’ solutions prior to farming them out to developers. JET pioneered the concept of marrying Design Thinking, Fail Fast and DevOps with the aim of helping organisations to shorten their software development life cycle. This reduces the cost of digital transformation and gets them to market faster.

7-Network’s software development division was spun off in 2017 to Software Intelligence Pte Ltd., aiming to become the leading provider of cutting-edge technologies and software research & development to businesses of all shapes and sizes. 7-Network was invited by IMDA to be one of the founding members of SG Digital Cloud. Jin is an acknowledged figure in the Singapore IT landscape. Along with representatives from Network Associates, Symantec and Trend Micro he has contributed research on spyware to Computer World and has commented publicly on mobile app issues to such local publications as The Business Times and Lianhe Zaobao.
