Ruqya Khan has been working with words since 2000. She is a certified Life Coach by the International Coach Federation.  She is also a Master Practitioner of Neuro Lingusitic Programming, Hypnotherapy and Timeline therapy.

Wearing these hats she has a great understanding of the power of words. She connects with the ripple effect of communication - what we say to ourself and others. 

In 2016, she got on the TEDx stage to her first ever structured speech. Though not a trained orator at the time she was so trustful of her idea that she had to share it. From that talk came her patented SMILE strategy. She now uses her many acquired learning & development tools to deliver mindset training workshops with the SMILE strategy as the base message. It helps people get from feeling stuck to unstuck - this can be in academics, in relationships, with health goals, corporate team building and even life goals. 

She's run the workshops successfully in UK, Singapore, Egypt, Kuwait, India and UAE. Her goal to present in 10 new countries by 2022. Two down, eight to go!
