Harmeet Anand is a Leadership Coach, Author and Speaker. She supports senior leaders to build their leadership abilities, achieve sustainable shifts with less stress. Her coaching, training and facilitation have supported hundreds of leaders from various sectors. Her focus of transformational change has been to delve first into \'learning how we learn\', shaping who we are, implications of our past learning, then creating shifts so that the results wished to be created, can be created. Trained in Iyengar and Hatha Yoga style, she is also a Buddhist by practice. A personal health crisis in 2010 - a pituitary stroke - that made her go through her inner transformation and was a turning point in her life. As she went through that trying time, little did she know that her vision of life would actually get clearer and she will be able to understand relationships in a better manner. Since 2010, she has dedicated her life to helping others befriend their emotions and enjoy over-all well-being in their relationships. She is an alumnus of the S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research.
