I am Minoti, born and raised in India and now based in UK, I am passionate about helping individuals feel confident and happy in their workplace through facilitating personalised team building and public speaking workshops. I have over 15 years of global experience in facilitating events and team training programs for over 150 multinationals, SME's and public sector companies.

I have Delivered team engagement programs across Asia, Africa and Europe and have facilitated more than 1600 events till date.

Being A Lead TV Presenter, featuring in international press and media and working with the biggest brands has helped me gain a diverse insight that very few can boast of. My journey of self-discovery, of showing up and speaking up despite judgements and prejudices is what I love sharing through my talks. All my talks are bespoke, engaging, filled with lots of practical tips and some laugh.

With more than 16 years of experience of working with over 250 global companies in twenty-five countries, I  have had the honor of being the event host at some of the most important events on the corporate calendar.

I feel a huge part of me sustaining and thriving in my role as a Master of Ceremonies is the fact that I understand the important responsibility I play in each and every event. From hosting a quiz show for 20,000 teenagers to introducing the Prime Minister of India at a press meet, being versatile, understanding the pulse of the audience, and being innovative are some of the reasons that have helped me earn immense respect within the industry.
