Magdalena Poulin is the Head of Diversity and Inclusion at AIG, and has over 13 years of diversified and multinational work experience in Asia and Europe. In her role at AIG, she oversees the strategy and implementation of diversity and inclusion programs for the APAC region.

Her purpose is to create systematic change in the corporate environment around inclusion and bias in order to bridge differences across cultures and generations.Magdalena also designs and runs programs for local non-profit organizations around talent development, women empowerment and mentorship.

Magdalena was awarded a Community Service Award for her partnership with Special Olympics Ireland, and a Diversity Award from the EMC Office of Global Workforce Inclusion for her leadership and achievements in the Women Leadership Forum.

Magdalena was also listed as one of the Asia Pacific Inclusion Champions in the Diversity and Inclusion Forum by the BD Foundation for promoting the values of inclusion in the region. She studied English, HR Management and Executive Coaching in Poland and Ireland.
