"Lynette Pathy has over 12 years of experience in marketing and employee engagement and a strong passion for wellbeing and culture building in the workplace.

In her current role as Lead, Organisation and People Development at foodpanda, she is focused on driving workplace strategies and initiatives to ensure employee wellbeing. A strong believer of the strength of a diverse workforce, she also runs inclusion and diversity programmes across the organisation.

Through Girls in Tech Singapore, Lynette is motivated to empower girls and women (and men!) to promote their voices and drive equality in STEM."
