I started blogging in a free blogging platform and was writing about technology.

Realized blogging could be a great career opportunity, and had no access to the credit card to buy hosting, as I was only 22. Borrowed a credit card from an online friend, and that’s how I was able to buy hosting online.

ShoutMeLoud was launched in Dec 2008 in a one-bedroom apartment in Delhi while working at a call centre at the same time. I earned my first $10 by helping a gentleman from Australia, and that’s where I discovered making money online is not a myth.

How an accident changed my life:

On June 28th, 2009, I had a terrible accident that changed my life forever. The doctors told me that I would never be able to walk again, and I nearly lost all hope and faith for a good life. Thanks to an excellent surgeon (Dr Prateek Gupta), I ultimately was able to walk again after being bedridden for seven months.

I teamed up with a successful blogger from India to create a new industry there, and for six months I worked as a B.D.O. with my new partner.

During those six months, our company became financially independent, and I purchased my first car from my own internet earnings. My life was finally back on the right track.
