Deshika Rodrigo is an HR Professional, Coach and Motivational Speaker. She has over 25 years of experience in HR and has worked with companies such as Microsoft and Standard Chartered Bank. She specializes in the design and implementation of HR systems and policies, enhancing employee engagement, professional etiquette and conduct, executive coaching, sustainability initiatives and using the MBTI psychometric tool to develop leadership, self-awareness and team work. Deshika is a guest lecturer at several institutes and speaks at various forums. She was the recipient of the 100 Most Influential Global HR Professionals award and Sri Lanka like Top Women Leaders award (by the World Federation of HR Professionals and the HRD Congress 2017) and has also won the Women in Management Gold award for Leadership Excellence in Human Resources (2015) as well as Sri Lanka Top Women Leaders award by the World Federation of HR Professionals. Deshika was a past President of the Zonta Club III of Colombo which is involved in the upliftment of women and children.
