Apart from these Mr. Arora is well acquainted with valuation, business turnaround, implementing lean manufacturing, productivity improvement, revenue enhancement, cost rationalisation and other related areas. Prior to this, he was a senior management professional in the strategy department at GMR Delhi International Airport.
