Prof. Wonki Min is Former Vice Minister at the Korean Ministry of Science and ICT and current Chair of Korea 6G Forum Advisory Council and Advisory Council of National AI Lab. He is an internationally recognized leader in digital policy, artificial intelligence, and telecommunications and has served in senior leadership roles across government, academia, and international organizations. Prof. Min is an Invited Professor at the KAIST Kim Jaechul Graduate School of AI and has chaired the OECD AI Expert Group, which developed the OECD AI Principles, as well as the OECD Committee on Digital Economy Policy and the ITU Plenipotentiary Conference. He continues to advise governments and industry on AI governance, digital transformation, and next-generation communications technologies.
