I am a passionate L&OD professional with a rare combination of experience and exposure to a variety of industries such as Pharmaceutical, Telecom, Retail, E-commerce, BFSI and Consumer Services. I am currently working with Zomato as Head of Learning & Development. 

Prior to Zomato, I have worked with Jana Small Finance Bank as Head L&D Operations, Flipkart as Dean Flipkart University (Head Academy for Supply Chain), Head of Operations Training Academy at Reliance Retail, Circle Performance Head at Reliance Communications, Business Development for NIS corporate training division and in-house training departments of Torrent Pharmaceuticals, Cadila Pharmaceuticals, and Lupin Laboratories. 

I have a proven track record of success in Learning & Development, including spearheading the launch of large-scale training and coaching rollouts, targeted Performance Coaching, Leadership development including the rollout of Assessment Centers. 

I have delivered a guest lecture during the Malaysian HR Congress held at Kuala Lumpur, and various training programs across India and South ? East Asia. I have authored books on the variety of topics such as Motivation, Customer Service, Communications, Pharmaceutical Selling and Pharmaceutical Sales Management.

My specialties include Development of Leadership pipeline through Succession Planning including organizing Development Centers, Managing large-scale training operations, Conceptualising and Delivering Training including Developing customized Training Content, Case Studies, Certification Process, Creation and implementation of Distance Learning Programs.
