Mr. Bajaj is a partner at Ernst and Young dealing in Risk Management. Under this he is responsible for implementation of Risk Control Framework, rolling out various firm policies and risk management initiatives across all the Business Segments. He is also a senior management professional at SR Batliboi & Co. LLP, a risk management for and assurance services consulting company for Indian clients.

Sunil has been awarded the Chairman’s Values Award –Firm’s India Values Champion. He is an alumnus of Shri Ram College of Commerce, is a Fellow Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and is a Certified Internal Auditor from International Institute of Internal Auditors – Florida.
