Shyamli is a Leadership consultant and coach who works with CEOs and senior leadership teams across the Americas, Europe, Middle East, South Asia and South East Asia in areas of personal growth, authentic leadership and leadership communication.

Shyamli is an empaneled senior facilitator with Harvard Business School Publishing since 2011, designing and facilitating workshops/webinars globally for senior leadership where she has worked with several Fortune 500 clients and over 1000 senior leadership teams across the globe.

Shyamli has been a Certified Forum Facilitator (CFF) for YPO since 2016 which is world’s premier organizations for CEOs to connect and grow. She is amongst a very select pool of 3 such facilitators in India and a little over 100 worldwide. In this capacity she has worked with over 500 CEO’s worldwide to enable them to discover their authentic self and purpose.

Shyamli is CEO and Founder of Sidman Learning Solutions – a consulting firm based in Gurgaon, India which offers customized leadership development solutions for senior leaders across industries.  

Shyamli’s own life experience of seeing the devastation caused by alcohol addiction has made her a strong champion for women empowerment and also for dealing with addiction issues for family members who struggle as codependents.

 Shyamli has written a number of articles such as: ‘Harvard Business Review: Ascend); ‘Why CEOs Hear It Last’; and ‘Five Strategies To Help CEOs Grow As Leaders’ (www.ypo.org), Seven Successful Behaviors in Times of Crisis.

Shyamli is an alumnus from Sri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi and done her certification in Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
