I am a ICF CCA certified Leadership & Transformation coach with 3000+ hours of corporate training & coaching experience. So far, I have successfully coached clients based in US,UK, Australia and India. Earlier, I worked with IT industry for 14+ years. My journey has been enriching and challenging. I being a people's person, the various roles I played gave me good exposure to organize and structure myself and my team to be able to add value to not only self but other's life and growth. Having discovered myself in this journey has given me a motto to be able to help individuals break their barriers and step into a world where there is nothing which stops them and they are inspired by themselves. The desire to contribute from within can build strong individuals and best organisations where everyone is performing & no one needs a push or motivation to perform.
