I'm one of the founding Directors of Lokusdesign, a leading Strategy & Design company. I bring more than 20 years of diverse experience in transforming brands and organisations and creating the change that matters the most. My expertise lies in Reducing Complexity, Creating Innovation Possibilities, Humanising Technology, and Developing Unique Customer Experiences using Service Design. Understanding how design drives systemic results has been my passion since graduating from the National Institute of Design.

Apart from Lokusdesign, I'm a Jury at the prestigious India Design Mark, Government of India; a member of CII’s National Committee on Design and CII’s Committee on Design Interventions in Smart City; and member of Board of Studies for WeSchool and MIT Institute of Design.

I'm a TEDx speaker and I have been invited to speak on a variety of topics such as business design, brand strategy, and strategic innovation, design thinking, innovation management, and transformational design. I believe in paying it forward and engage myself in grooming the next generation of design, communication, and management professionals, I guest lecture at premier design and management institutes across the country including NID, SP Jain, IIM Trichy, MICA, Symbiosis Institutes, Welingkar Institute, MIT-ID, NIFT, amongst others.

I have been awarded the prestigious Rado Fellowship, Rado Watch Co., Switzerland, and Opus Design Award. International Eye Wear Design competition, Patrick De’ Hass Committee’s special prize for Iris fashion eyewear for the blind.
