With nearly three decades of extensive experience, working in various roles across different geographies, in the extremely exciting and constantly transforming world of IT. I enjoy engaging with professionals to assist in discovering and strengthening their core strengths in making a meaningful impact in this industry. 

My prior role was as Head of SQS India - Regional Director SQS India where I was responsible to drive for growth and industrialization  for SQS Group both locally and globally. 
SQS is in the field of Software Quality. SQS India is the Solution Center for Assurance Services across the various practice verticals of BFSI, Auto&Manuf., Retail&Logistics,Tel,E&U, Entertainment. SQS India has its operations across Pune, Chennai and Mumbai. 

Prior to joining SQS I was heading the North American (NA) business at Capgemini India as Sr. VP and Sector head for Telecom at Capgemini in India, driving top line as well as manage all delivery of NA engagements from India and provide thought leadership. 

The NA unit in India was a 6500+ team which supported the NA sectors of Consumer products Retail&Distribution (CPRDT), Manufacturing Life Sciences (MLS), High Tech, Media and Entertainment and Communications (HTEC) and Energy, Utilities and Chemicals (EUC). Prior to which was leading the TME unit in India.

Prior to joining Capgemini in 2008, I was the member of the board and Executive Director of T-Systems India, the systems integrator subsidiary of the Deutsche Telecom group.
Started my career with the Siemens group of companies, spending over 15 years with the group, and finally holding the responsibility as the CTO for the Siemens Shared Services Operations. During my tenure at Siemens, I held varied roles, operating largely out of Germany.  

During my tenure at Siemens was selected amongst a team of top 20 achievers at Siemens in 2000 and had he opportunity to undergo the Change agent program at MIT-Boston, Stanford, INSEAD-France and IIM India.
