Ramesh did a wonderful job on first setting up rapport with me. This was the first time I took part in coaching so I was worried that I wouldn't have enough things to talk about. But he did such a wonderful job of listening to me and extracting from my monologues, the actual issues/ topics I wanted to talk about. He always managed to help me step back from my critical micro assessment of each situation and view it from a more macro and less self critical lens. It's hard to put into words how grateful I am for being given the opportunity to work with Ramesh. He has helped me shift my mindset and created me with more compassion than I thought possible.

Ramesh is a master at asking powerful questions. His ability to ask the right questions at the right time allowed me to gain new insights and perspectives. Ramesh is not afraid to tell it like it is. He has a direct and honest communication style that I found refreshing and helpful. His ability to give feedback in a supportive and constructive way helped me to grow and develop in meaningful ways.
