Rainer Wolf is a ‘Results and Success Leadership Coach’ with 39 years of corporate leadership experience in various industries (Healthcare, Medical Devices, Electronics/Telecommunication and others); More than 25 years in Senior Leadership positions at SVP, VP and General Manager levels. Rainer’s Coaching focus, as a Coaching and Business Advisory entrepreneur since 2022, is to enable measurable success for senior executives, as well as emerging leaders, who want to build their professional career and seek to accomplish positive and long-term sustainable leadership behaviors that generate exceptional results.

Having more than 19 years of experience in coaching and mentoring in-house partners while in his senior leadership positions, Rainer has also invested in his education and accreditation as a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) at currently ACC-level, and as a certified NLP-practitioner, NLP-coach and Timeline Therapy practitioner. Rainer also holds an accreditation as a trainer and coach in the DISC-Flow personality profiling tools, as well as a ‘Chart Learning Solutions’ accountability coach.

Rainer Wolf, of German nationality, operates out of Asia since 1997 (26 years) and has lived in Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore, as well as travelled the entire APAC-region and globally as part of his senior leadership roles as a corporate executive. His practical business background as an executive dealing with complex challenges of running successful businesses and operations are extensively complimenting Rainer’s experience and passion as an executive coach. Rainer’s former and current clients include companies such as 3M, Ansell Healthcare, Lifestyles Healthcare, Edwards Lifesciences, Cipla (Pharmaceuticals) as well as individual coachees working with various companies across multiple industries and geographical locations.

Rainer holds a BSc degree in Engineering (Major in Plastics Processing Technology) and an MBA in International Business Administration as the foundations of his former professional career, accompanied by his various accreditations in Leadership Coaching.
