I don?t know what compelled me to do so, but I?d often scribble the phrase ?all the people?in running hand through my growing years. I was always a good listener, the confidante, ?builder-upper? and the go-to person, for my friends and family. My intuition for seeing their inner beingness was strong and in doing so, I inspired several of them in their moments of vulnerability, to mindfully see the best in themselves and have the courage to emerge stronger and happier. I realised that such interactions always gave me an immense sense of fulfilment. 

Meanwhile, life happened:

I graduated in Economics and Statistics at Elphinstone Collegeand then studied Advertising & Marketing at Xaviers Institute of Communicationand some years later completed my MBA in Marketing from IBS, Mumbai.

30+ years of experience across a variety of Indian and International organisationsin banking, financial services, advertising, event management, FMCG and education, helped me hone the valuable skills of business strategy, meticulous planning, general management, business communication, leadership and team building. I blossomed into a self-motivated mindful individual who can build and lead any team.

And, I created the two most beautiful children(now young adults) with my husband.

When the proverbial mid-life milestone of 50 arrived, I wistfully looked back at my work life, and felt the urgent need for pay back and change. I decided to make the most conscious change of my life. I embraced the roller coaster ride of entrepreneurship and founded ETC India, which has?Inspiring YOU to be the HERO of your life?as its purpose. I also took action on my adolescent doodling of touching \'all the people\'and trained to become a professional coach with Peter J. Reding, MBA, MCC, Coach for Life, USA? my GURU. This was followed by a course at Coach to Transformation, led by Rajat Garg, MCC and yet another one with Peter, clocking a sum total of more than 250 hours of coaching studies. 

I am accredited by the International Coach Federationas aProfessional Certified Coach(PCC), having completed more than500 hours of professional coaching. I am also a certified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Enneagram practitioner. As a LIFE TRANSFORMATION AND LEADERSHIP COACH I work with individuals & teams across the leadership pipelineto help them discover their innate awesomeness, make mindful life transitions and be the HERO of their lives.
