Nowshir Engineer is a Event and Education Specialist. He was the Founder of the Event Management Development Institute (EMDI) set up in 2002 in India, Dubai and East Africa. He was appointed M.D in 2009 of Greycells Ltd ( a listed company on the India Stock Exchange) managing 5 other education brands, lead teams with 80 staff, serviced 1500 students annually and established and supported 12 different franchises. 

After moving on from EMDI he is currently spearheading Partnerships and Special Assignments for LINKVIVA - one of the leading experiential and event agencies based in the UAE.

His story is all about being a young entrepreneur, establishing a business, selling to grow, the mistakes made, losing a business, and then moving from entrepreneurship to employment, and the different learnings across the way.
