I had been lucky to have 6 months direct coaching sessions from Neelima Madam. She made me to open up, think beyond obvious and kept on exploring more from within and let me think from different perspectives. She had been very patient while the discussions went overboard and exceeded the scheduled time limit many times. She enjoys her work and extends coaching wholeheartedly. Certainly, the outcome of these discussions helped me to understand my own management style and improvements required. She is well equipped with various structured frameworks and sensible processes which led me to experience clarity of thoughts and empowerment for making next steps. Her professionalism, knowledge, patience and empathy inspired me to learn better listening, leading with curiosity, probing techniques, motivating subordinates and handling people of various cultures/tribes.
