Marcin Lapa was the Chief Executive Officer of SEPIN, Inc. and a Member of the Board, Strategy Advisor, Business and Solution Architect, Project Manager, and Developer. He has over 18 years of experience in the Global utility markets: Polish and USA, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Pakistan, India, Germany, UK, Netherlands, Belgium, Czech, Slovakia, Hungary, Philippines, and South Africa.

Marcin is a former team member of the Architecture Board for RWE Group (Innogy), Architecture Strategy Planning for 12+ countries, till 2020. Marcin is also an SAP Technology expert, evangelist, trainer, and speaker for many years. He has studied at Harvard, Stanford, MIT, and York St. John's in the area of utilities, leading Innovation and change in new technology.

He is basically an IoT, Big-Data, Cloud, and Mobility expert. He has been awarded by SAP, Microsoft, Ericsson, and T-Mobile. He completed his Master's from York St. John University and Bachelors from the University of Southampton.
