Currently the Resident Director – ASEAN at Tata Sons, he provides strategic leadership to Tata Group’s presence in Southeast Asia. A distinguished alumnus of the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, KV specializes in international business and has operated in over 45 countries, excelling in cross-cultural leadership and global strategy. His career includes a significant tenure with the Singapore Civil Service and leadership roles across Tata Group entities, including as Chairman of Trust Energy Resources, Tata Power International, and Tata Capital’s Singapore-based ventures. Beyond the corporate realm, he actively contributes to public service and cultural development, serving on boards such as SIIA, SINDA, SBF, and SIFAS.
