Heng Wah has had a diverse career, assuming various positions in Sales, Operations, Human Resources Development and Change Management. His career has spanned across IT, Education Services and the Automotive industry, and he has in-depth experience of the local business and social landscapes of China, Malaysia, and Singapore. His passion for Learning and Human Performance Improvement has earned him his expertise in Change Management, Human Capital Development and workplace learning and performance improvement.

Before practising full-time as a coach and training consultant, he led and supported change management initiatives focusing on organization development that transformed the sales organization into a more dynamic and customer-centric structure.
