She has a track record of enabling employees to realize their potential and supporting leadership development through a coaching approach. She has designed and led cultural transformation projects for organizations. In 2019, she designed a coaching program aimed at helping employees bring out their best at work, achieve desired results, and boost self-confidence and satisfaction levels by turning awareness into action.
