Deepu has spent over 20 years in the Software Industry working in the areas of Sales Management, Account Management, Business Development, Customer Relationship Management, and Partner Management across various organizations and regions.

Growing up in the African continent where Deepu’ s parents were serving in the Nigerian Government as a doctor and teacher, Deepu was exposed to a multi-cultural environment from a very young age. This exposure has helped Deepu in bringing the cultural and traditional values of his country India and positive attitude of the people of Africa meshed today with the values of honesty, respect and simplicity of the people of the Middle East.

Deepu today, works for SAP and has been in the SAP world for the last 18 years, working in supporting partner expansion across EMEA .  Deepu has also been instrumental in setting up organizations and serving as an advisor to start-up companies.

Apart from this, Deepu’s real passion is people. Deepu believes that you cannot ask for a hand without touching a heart and thus has established the organization called LeadONN to train and educate people on the topics of Leadership, Team Dynamics, and Communication. LeadONN is part of JII which focuses on developing people to reach their potential. 

Deepu is a certified John Maxwell Coach, Speaker, and Trainer, a certified YouthMAX Plus Trainer, a certified Erickson Solution Focused Coach, and a certified  Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Coach which enables him in developing and delivering speaking, training, and coaching engagements with educational, business and religious organization. Deepu is a singer/songwriter within the world of Gospel Music and has been instrumental in building worship bands in India and the Middle East.
