Anil is a seasoned Gestalt Coach with over 25 years of corporate expertise, transitioning to a focus on fostering lasting change through personalized coaching. Since June 2021, he has been dedicated to enabling awareness and transformation. Specializing in leadership, personal coaching, productivity systems, time management, personal knowledge management, journaling, goal setting, mindfulness, emotional well-being, and communication, Anil passionately guides individuals towards stress-free, intentional, and productive lives, positively influencing their leadership impact.

Previously, Anil accumulated 1800+ coaching hours, working with executives from Google, American Express, BP, Mars, AT&T, and other top companies. He actively contributed to leadership programs and cultural change projects and volunteered as a coach for young talent leaders at Yenibirlider Association. Anil's rich corporate background includes roles in Internal Audit and Risk Management at Arthur Andersen, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Citibank, and Mazars. He served as the Chief Risk Officer at STFA, a prominent Turkish conglomerate. An alumnus of Bilkent University and Koç University’s Executive MBA program, Anil pursued further education in Gestalt Coaching, Executive and Leader Coaching, and Deep Democracy. Passionate about eastern philosophies, he has immersed himself in Dharma studies since 2014.
