Aditya Goel is the co-founder of Love in Store, A People + Tech + Payments B2B services organization headquartered in Gurgaon. Love in Store services 20 of the top 25 FMCGs in India in the space of tech-led in-store execution, key customer communication, and key customer direct benefit transfers. Love in Store is in its 4th year, and is a bootstrapped, EBITA positive company with a turnover of INR 100crore++, employing over 3000 people spread across the top 330 cities of the country.

Aditya is a graduate of IIFT Delhi (2013) and has previously worked at Godrej Consumer Products Limited and Reckitt before launching his venture in 2017. Apart from his business, Aditya is passionate about teaching and promoting entrepreneurship.

Aditya is a visiting faculty at IIFT, IMI, IIMS, IIMK, SPJAIN for sales and distribution management and entrepreneurship apart from being a speaker on various forums. He is also the recipient of various awards like - Business World Techtors Award 2020 and Indian Achievers Forum - Promising Start-Up Award 2020 and the BW Business World Young Entrepreneur Award 2020.
