He has over 2 decades of experience in Continuous Improvement (LSS), Business Process Management, Program Management, Training and Development, and People Leadership ranging from new accounts set-up and associated framework to optimize and re-engineer existing processes. He has led and mentored projects and program aimed at achieving financial gains, resource optimization, increased overall efficiencies.

His extensive career is spread across ITES, BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Mining sectors and he specializes in process consulting and establishment of a framework for analyzing, measuring, and optimising business processes.
