Veronica is a corporate facilitator and keynote speaker focused on cultural agility and inclusive leadership.

She has lived in 9 countries and is fluent in six languages, including Mandarin. With two decades of leadership and people development experience in Fortune 500 companies across APAC (Apple and Estée Lauder), she brings hands-on corporate know-how to her sessions.

Veronica leverages storytelling, business cases, and real-life scenarios, drawing from her professional journey and experiences as a triathlete to inspire action and advocacy at both individual and organizational levels. Her sessions are actionable and thought-provoking and aim to spark debate and action. 

With four published books, she has made a significant impact in the DEI space in Asia and spoke at the Asian Women in Leadership Summit on inclusive language in Singapore in 2023 and the SCMP DEI Summit in 2025.
