Mr Arun Prasad Keshri is a Senior Industry Leader, A Speaker and Vice President Employee Relations & HR Compliance, HSBC India.

He comes with 14 years of rich experience in HR in Indian & Multinational Companies, mostly in Employee Relations and HR Statutory Compliance on Employment Laws. He is a distinguished alumnus of Allahabad University with his MBA in HR with a distinction in his Labour Laws Subject. He has done multiple Post Graduate Diplomas from Indian Law Institute, New Delhi i.e. in Labour Laws, Alternate Dispute Redressal and Cyber Law where the degree has been conferred to him by the Chief Justice of India, Hon’ble Supreme Court. He has also done his Certification in Labour Laws for Managers from XLRI, Jamshedpur.

Mr Keshri holds a wide range of experience of managing people and issues in a complex & dynamic set up including the IT/ ITES, Telecom, Banking & Financial Institution, FMCG Sectors and has previously worked as Head of Employee Relations & HR Compliance for British Telecom, Head of HR (Legal & Compliance) for Ericsson India / Ericsson Global India and ER & HR Professional at Samsung India and NIS Sparta previously.

He has been to universities & colleges, conferences & conclaves as a Guest Speaker on HR Subject & Current Trends and since he has a passion of teaching, he has also given Guest Lectures previously to MBA HRD students at Delhi School of Economics, at Sri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) and to BBA & MBA Students at Amity University, Shiv Nadar University, Manav Rachna University, New Delhi Institute of Management et.al.
