My career journey has been Transformational & Disruptive. From leading a team in Wipro that helped roll out some of Indiaâ??s 1st Enterprise Communication and ISP networks to a tenure in Silicon Valley where I worked for 3Com and Cisco and delivered some important projects, to then returning to India and helping roll out complex service delivery networks and developing global organizations while working for Reliance Infocomm, Alcatel-Lucent, Avaya and Tech Mahindra and then finally working for Tata Motors as a Enterprise Digital Transformation Leader. During this 26 year period I also experimented with new ideas, some of which were pretty risky and career-altering. But I realized that growth & success can only happen, if one is willing to take actions based on objective analysis and proper implementation of strategic objectives. During this period I missed the critical support of a coach, which in fact motivated me to become a trusted advisor myself. Through my entrepreneurial venture, Astramind Consulting, I work with individuals and enterprises and enable them to embrace technology in a structured way and and make serious gains in performance.
