He has worked in leadership positions across the BFSI and FMCG sectors, as MD & CEO of TATA AIA, Member Group Management Council at WGC, General Manager HDFC Life and Business Head at ITC Ltd.

He is, an Independent Director in Aviva India and 5F World, former Vice Chairman & Director of Pramerica Life Insurance and former Director on the Boards of Principal Asset Management, Aadhar Housing Finance, Avanse Financial Services, Navi General Insurance and PGIM India Asset Management.

Currently, he is the Principal Advisor and leads the digital transformation practice of Kalzoom Advisors for FMCG and BFSI, Strategic Advisor to multiple start-ups in the areas of Agritech, Fintech, InsurTech and EdTech.
