I am presently working as Business Leader, Digital & Technology Services with MetLife since 2013. Prior to this I was working with Cognizant managing large scale operations in BFS vertical. Earlier I was working as a Transitions & Transformation Leader with Genpact.

I am a certified Lean Six Sigma MBB/BB and a PMP. I have a PGDM from SP Jain, Mumbai and hold a B.Tech. from REC Calicut. I have executive program certifications from Harvard Business School, London Business School, INSEAD, Duke University and ISB.

I am also an endurance athlete and wellness coach. I have successfully completed Ironman Triathlon, Ultra marathons and various full/ half marathons. I coach budding triathletes and runners.
