Sridhar worked in Ogilvy & Mather India for 25 long years. During his stint he started Ogilvy\'s fifth office at Bangalore. Subsequently started India\'s first Direct Marketing Agency. 

He moved out of Ogilvy in 2000 to set up his own practice - IDEAS-RS. His mission: helping people and organisations think differently and do better. He has also created his own process called Creative Block Busting, with a complete tool kit for thinking differently. He has written a book called \"Unlock The Real Power Of Ideation\" - a business fiction involving a CEO and his team. And how Sridhar teaches them to think differently.

Sridhar is also a certified Executive Coach from the Coaching Foundation Of India. He has coached CEOs/Senior leaders and helped them address issues that were coming in the way of their growth.
