Simon is currently the Managing Director of Harmless Harvest, where he helms all operational and business functions in Thailand, fulfilling the “Harmless” mission of providing the best tasting, organic, and fair for life coconut products to the World. Simon believes in a values-led approach and is passionate about generating wealth for all stakeholders through good business leadership.

KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Expanded the Dole Philippines agricultural harvest volume enormously, by focusing on agricultural excellence and farm expansion.

Reduced costs significantly every year in Dole Thailand, through Project PIP – Profit Improvement Program, rallying the whole organization around a McKinsey Consultants methodology.

Transacted a multi-million dollar acquisition and integration of a competitor into DTL.

Closed and sold one DTL site, handling the layoffs and divestment successfully.  Sold the base plantation land to free up capital for investment in the smart factory redesign with AI & digitalization.

Won the Philippines Most Admired Company, ECOP Grand Kapatid Award from President Aquino.
