Armed with passion for artistic excellence and prompted by flair for eclectic designs, Shruti has carved a niche of her own in the world of fashion.
Hailing from a lineage of generations involved in manufacturing of fabrics and other creative pursuits, she has always had an artistic bent of mind. From a very early age she knew she wanted to become a designer and decided to branch out and develop her own brand .She holds a degree in fashion technology and has designed under the able tutelage of Sameer Patel around 7 yrs and Rocky S. She launched her own label in 2010 and had own flagship store in Bandra ( Mumbai), Her creations have been worn by Shreya Ghoshal, Vidya Balan, Amrita Rao and many more..

In 2016 She got diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma , A form of cancer and came out of it as winner with changes in her lifestyle and in mind set in just 4 chemos and refused Radiation. She also has launched her own eco conscious brand “EHCORE" where her products are aligned with nature and collaborating with other artists as well.
She has already given many talks on her experience with cancer and has influenced many to change their lifestyle and thinking.

She takes workshops on Plant Based cooking also associated with Sharan-India .According to me –“ To heal from any disease one has to work on mental, physical and spiritual aspect" and that “Food can be thy Medicine”. She's Also studying to be a Plant Based Nutritionist and Eating Psychology, yoga and a life coach.
