Currently, I lead the learning strategy and consulting group that engages with business verticals across IBM Services - to determine critical gaps against future skills, execute strategic upskilling/reskilling models, and deploy Skilling programs - enabling the org to scale capabilities in Cloud, Cognitive, Analytics, and other new-age skills, while ramping up core Industry and Consulting skills.

In my previous role as the Knowledge Services leader, I helped drive the knowledge sharing value proposition, tools, services & solutions within India IBM, with emphasis on leveraging community-based social collaboration, expertise location, asset reuse and business research that enabled consultants to sell/deliver higher business value.

With experience across the IT spectrum in the last 22+ years - strategy, entrepreneurial, people/program management, service delivery, engineering, etc.; my personal and professional experiences have enabled me to:

- Put the stakeholder/“people” at the center of all that I do and excel at executing big ideas, while adapting to practical constraints
