During his 3 decades of work, he spent the first 15 years in employment & entrepreneurship, & the last 15 consulting.

Ravi has led a diverse range of businesses through their start-up, growth & turnaround, delivering on the demands of many dynamic leaders, designing strategies to overcome business problems & ensuring their proper execution.

He's worked with Multinationals and SMEs, led teams Pan-India, held P&L responsibility, localized international brands, managed a merger, marketed & sold products & services from milk to vending solutions, got government clearances done & whatever else it took to make business happen.

Ravi sets the long-term vision for companies to take decisions & to unlock their potential, by developing their people & processes, often transformationally.

A decade ago, he wrote India’s first book on Restaurant Start-up, praised by industry captains, for its practicality; now in its 3rd edition on Amazon.

Ravi has shared some of what he's learnt, by speaking at forums from IIM-Ahmedabad to the Indian Chamber of Commerce & has written for publications from Forbes India to DNA Money.
