He is the Former Group Head of Corporate Affairs function at Hindustan Unilever Ltd. where he worked towards building and nurturing relationships. He led interventions with the government and diplomatic corps, civil society and other key stakeholders and provided advocacy on policy framing.

He is a former Member of FICCI National Executive Committee, Former President of Public Affairs Forum of India(PAFI), Former Co-chair of (FICCI) CASCADE Committee Against Smuggling and Counterfeiting, Former Treasurer (FICSI), Food Industries Capacity and Skills Initiative, member of UN Global Compact on Business and Human Rights and consulting member on various National Committees of leading business chambers like CII and FICCI.
