Graduated in Law from Pune University and Psychology from IGNOU. He uses a narrative approach in his career coaching, consulting, training and workshops being certified in Narrative Therapy, Adelaide Australia.  He believes Emotional Intelligence as the key factor in any career selection process using Mindfulness as the tool as certified in same by Just Being Centre, Pune.
