The expert is a senior hr professional from PeopleStrong and is passionate about technology. He truly believes that HR will take the leap into the next orbit by embracing technology. With this thought, he has led the team to develop PeopleStrong, a demand technology product that aims to simplify work life for its users. He was recently awarded with Business Excellence and Innovative Best Practices Academia Awards by New Delhi Institute of Management, New Delhi and the Visionary Entrepreneurship Award by Jindal Global Business School, New Delhi. His interests include learning and employing workforce Strategy and Workforce Analytics, HR Delivery Models including HR Technology, HR Shared Services, Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Global HR Delivery, Future of Work, Start-up / Scale-up and Healing Self and Others. As an active member of Confederation of Indian Industries’ (CII’s) National Committee on Skills and Human Resources, he is currently the Regional President (North)at National HRD Network (NHRDN), a premier professional body for HR professionals in India. In his earlier stint with NHRDN, he served as the board member for almost a decade and has been one of the youngest members in the network’s board. He holds a Masters in HR from University of Pune.
