Kevin is currently serving as an elected member of the 2021 – 2024 International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Coaches Global Board of Directors and currently holds the position of Vice Chair of the Board.

Kevin has a Bachelor's degree in economics (majoring in Accounting & Information Systems) from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business, Chicago, USA.  He is a Chartered Accountant, a member of CPA Australia & Singapore Human Resources Institute and is a Mentor Coach & Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialed with ICF.  He has also attained the Senior Practitioner accreditation from EMCC Global.  Kevin is a graduate of the Ultimate Coach Professional and the Executive Coach International Professional Coach programs.  He is a Certified Executive Coach and Certified TEAM Coach with Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching, Team Coaching Certified Coach with the Global Team Coaching Institute, a Gallup CliftonStrengths Certified Coach, a PrinciplesYou Certified Coach and an accredited Extended DISC consultant.
