As I look at my journey for the last ten years, all I realize is, that I have come a long way and I have a long way to go. I find myself chasing constantly moving targets as my benchmarks have always been shifting north.
In Wardha, I focused on Teacher's Training. When I was chosen by Bhavan's management as a principal of their underperforming school in a small city of Gujarat, my goal was to raise the standard of the school to 'best in the city', in five years. I could achieve it. My next engagement at Zydus School of Excellence, allowed me to learn the art of stakeholders management and dealing with corporate culture. My first international exposure was at Bahrain as founder principal of Bahrain Indian School. I had to acquire skills to deal with regulatory agencies, as the education system in the Middle East is different and perhaps more robust. That opened my doors for one of the most prestigious schools of Global International Indian School at Abudhabi, UAE. GIIS AD has been, by far, my most challenging and rewarding destination yet. Under my leadership, the ranking of my school was upgraded by our regulatory agency ADEK. The international peace festival Al Tassamuh has become one of the most anticipated annual events. Teams from my school keep winning trophies and awards in competitive events. And academic performance is fulfilling. In response to the COVID challenge, we could begin online education in eight days. My school is recognized as a lead school in implementing a digitization strategy. I have been invited to share my experiences on various forums, as I stay connected with my parents through webinars and other social media continuously to lessen their anxiety in these transformational times.

 My efforts have always been recognized. Most recently, my schools have been awarded (i) Golden Peacock Award and (ii) Bajaj Quality Award.
