I come from the world of Business Process Excellence and Quality. I am trained and certified on methods like Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean, COPC, TQM, ISO, and others. 

After having served top-tier corporates like Dell, Fidelity, Chrysler Automotive, Vodafone Australia, Crazy Johns, and others, I incorporated my own management consulting firm called, Effex Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

I went on to conceive and develop a method called Propel which is designed to help small/medium businesses grow in a systematic manner and become scalable. 

I love to interact with entrepreneurs, understand their challenges and resolve those with practical and implementable solutions. This I also do via my YouTube channel.

I have had the honour of having my articles published in world-renowned publications.
