Successfully built a management consulting firm which has over the last 10 years supported clients across 15 industry domains and 4 continents. Panar Consulting Group is a strategic HR consulting firm, with a deep understanding of business to help shape accelrated growth or business turnarounds. The vision is to establish a space and identity for an Indian consulting firm in the global arena. He is also a board member for a company in the infrastructure space and contuinues to invest in shaping new businesses.  His personal passion is discovering ancient science and philosophy to fine meaningful application for self and businesses.
