Carina has overcome many difficulties and traumas throughout her childhood, teens and early adulthood. Inspired by these struggles, Carina built a successful corporate career in sales and HR leadership, moved overseas and is now an entrepreneur.

Utilising her personal experiences, in addition to her corporate and professional exposure to many coaching techniques, developmental approaches and understanding of people, Carina is both an insightful and empathetic host and speaker.
